Team BSN® athlete Dennis Wolf came into this year's Mr. Olympia with something to prove, and the big man did not disappoint. Coming off the debacle of 2009, Dennis had to listen all year to his share of critics and skeptics. But he simply put his head down and pressed forward, confident in his program, his preparation, and his God-given ability. After a strong showing earlier this year in New York, Dennis stepped on stage last night and put an exclamation point on arguably the most important season of his career with a jaw-dropping physique that earned him a strong fifth-place showing, vaulting him back into the upper echelon of the IFBB! ennis brought his classic combination of serious mass and top-notch conditioning, while also showcasing the great strides he's made this year in the areas where he needed to improve, such as his lower back thickness and glutes. The judges were obviously impressed, as Dennis leapfrogged several of the pre-Olympia favorites to reclaim his place among bodybuilding's elite. As dialed-in as he was, one could even make the case he deserved to be placed higher! Regardless, 2010 has to go down as an unqualified success for the Team BSN® lynchpin, and sets Dennis up for an even stronger year in 2011!Meanwhile, the first-ever Bikini Olympia didn't go quite as well as hoped for Team BSN®'s Amanda Latona. Considered a potential favorite for the first-place crown, Amanda wound up with her own fifth-place finish at the inaugural event. Despite her always-stunning figure and energetic and engaging presentation, the judges went in a different direction while acknowledging Amanda's position as one of the top athletes the IFBB's Bikini division has to offer. Newcomer Vanessa Campbell also impressed onstage, but ultimately settled for a top-15 finish.BSN® would like to congratulate all of our athletes on a great show and a great year! With Dennis back and better than ever and Amanda continuing to shine, Team BSN® looks poised to make some noise in the IFBB in 2011! Stay tuned to BSNOnline.net as photos of all the competitors are coming soon!
